"Jewel Bug" Original Art

This is the "Jewel Bug" Original Art, the fifth I created in the "Bugs!" collection.  Combining my two favorite mediums, pyrography and watercolor, I used my pyrography tool to burn the outlines onto the paper and then  professional grade watercolor paints so the Jewel Bug takes on a stained glass, jeweled look.  I loved combining the two mediums so much it has gone on to become my signature style!  Currently the "Bugs!" collection consists of 8 original paintings with all eight also available as prints.

This listing is for the ORIGINAL pyrography and watercolor art simply named "Jewel Bug". It is all original having been hand drawn, burned and then painted and signed by me, Pamela Hallisey, a.k.a. Aries.  Burned and Painted on 140lb Cold Press 100% cotton Legion watercolor paper with Winsor & Newton and QOR professional watercolor paints.

Framed! As this original art is an unusual size of 5.5" x 5.5" It will arrive to you matted and framed in a basic white frame. Example is pictured below. Total measurement of frame is 11" by 11" and comes ready to hang or display as a tabletop.  All originals in the "Bugs!" collection will be framed in the same manner and will come with a certificate of authenticity.
